Columbia Basin Health Association was losing obstetric patients to Tri-Cities, 50-60 miles away.
Raise awareness of their obstetrics services and increase the number of patients staying in the local area for OB care.
Develop a strong female, Supermom, to reach Millenials who spent time on their phones and are superfans of the comic revival.
Deliveries went up! The first year, the trend of patients leaving town for services stabilized. The second year, the trend reversed and the number of OB patients staying local to receive OB care increased.
