Describe yourself in three words:
Dreamer, Cheerleader, Go-Getter

What’s your creative advice?
You can find inspiration from literally anything. If you’re hitting a roadblock, take a timeout and just look around for inspiration. This can be a quick Google search on a related topic to see how someone else may have approached a similar situation. Or it can be taking a stroll around the block and taking in your surroundings. Just don’t get bummed out when inspiration doesn’t strike right away – sometimes the best ideas are the ones you think of last.
What’s usually going on inside your brain?
I’m usually daydreaming about my next adventure – where am I hiking this next weekend? Will I go skiing next weekend or snowshoeing? Switzerland or Japan? I’m always wondering what new experiences are around the corner.
If you were a punctuation mark what would you be? Why?
I would be the em-dash – that person. The one who jumps in the middle of sentences, or has something to tack on to the end. Versatile, yet always needs to say something – I have a hard time staying quiet when I’m around people I’m comfortable with.
What makes you look forward to coming to work?
I really look forward to seeing the people and the atmosphere here. Everyone is extremely welcoming, forward-thinking, and understanding. There is always homemade food in the kitchen and it’s not uncommon for us to brainstorm over coffee.
