Challenge

In 2024, Entrust launched a new program with the goal of assisting people with disabilities and their families to access resources. They needed help branding and generating awareness of this program.

Goal

Create a brand identity and increase awareness and participation.

Strategy

Field Group assisted in creating the name and brand Guiding People to Services (GPS). Also known as Guiando Personsas a Servicios (GPS) in Spanish. The GPS campaign was promoted via a 10-month multimedia, dual-language campaign that involved billboard, radio, OTT streaming, Meta, YouTube, and Google Display advertising. Field Group developed a dedicated dual-language landing page and rack card to pair with the paid marketing efforts.

Outcome

The GPS landing page and marketing efforts produced a 292% increase in website traffic for Entrust from October 28, 2024, to June 30, 2025. During the campaign, Guiding People to Services was the most visited page on the Entrust website, with 18,000 views over the lifetime of the campaign, equivalent to three times the traffic of the homepage.
