Challenge

Encourage individuals who lost their job because of COVID-19 or other circumstances to contact WorkSource for benefits and services.

Strategy

Illustrate a scenario of a person losing their job due to a business closure seeking help at WorkSource through illustration and motion graphics. The goal was to communicate the message with or without sound to bridge language barriers and accommodate scrolling without sound digitally.

Goal

Raise awareness of benefits available to help unemployed or under-employed individuals re-enter the workforce.

Outcome

In addition to exceeding the goal for form fills on the landing page, Facebook reach increased 201% during the six-week campaign, reaching over 75,000 users.
