Basically, I engage with people about engaging with people. I encourage others to approach their projects with creativity and freedom, then help them scale back to speak to a specific audience and accomplish set goals.

What’s your creative advice?

Creativity takes practice. It’s something that anyone can learn. It’s more about solving problems than being artistic, so take time each day to train your brain.

If you were a punctuation mark what would you be? Why?

Exclamation point! I’m guilty of exclamation point overuse. It’s wrong! I know it! I can’t stop!

What makes you look forward to coming to work?

I enjoy learning about an organization and their industry. Really diving deep into who they are and who their audience is. I love taking that information and creating something that helps them reach their goals. It’s like an abstract math problem where we create the answer.
